Coachman Motor Home for sale

Just got back from a 500 mile trouble free trip. Chevy big block 454 runs strong. Repaired exhaust manifolds last year, rebuilt carb, wires, tune up etc. Exhaust has minor leak where pipe meets manifold. Trans is excellent. I bought tires new. Replaced front air bags.new starter and flywheel. All manuals and equipment documentation are included. I have owned this a little over 3 years. It makes for an excellent apartment for guests. Generator operates roof top air easily. Ac on engine does not work. Water heater works but will probably need to be repaired. Electronic board got hot. I have always used electric for fridge and it works great, it does have propane capability. Micro wave and stove work well too. All tires are like new. Front brakes redone. Parking brake cable is broken. Farthest We went with this was Tennessee. Has trailer brake box with class 2 hitch and 6 round plug. Sides have waves in them, and a couple of cracks. This is how We bought it.Neither has changed. Water pump for shower works great. Bathroom is clean. Propane furnce works well too.Awning is newer but does have small rip from a tree limb. Has electric step. Best recorded mileage was 12 worst was 5 but that was driving into heavy winds. Usually with trailer around 7-9mpg. Mattress in back are like new. Couch is double bed. Table is bed too. Has roof top antenna for tv.
