Pearl Page Two    Back to Page one

The White Pa. Pearl. This car came in for some quarter replacement. Plus it had

some electrical problems, engine knocking and loose stub axles. Soooooooooooooo

Back from media blaster. Some rust surprises. A little more near radiator. Broken tunnel shows up easily.

Hole in engine cover and door. Hull is clean too.

Upper wheel houses have holes in them.

The fun has just begun!!

Hood rust start to near finish

With quarter removed more rust is displayed. Trial fitting parts till right

All it takes is time. What a great way to spend a Summer night. Sand, prime, and do it over and over. July 7 2006

Painted. Now sand and buff. Red top will look sweet.

All painted and buffed

The assembly continues. All parts need to be cleaned, assembled or repaired. Fuse box was cleaned of corrosion. Window frames were chromed than all parts need to be put back together.

Not done but close!

Just a reminder of how it started
